The North Penn Marketplace at S. Valley Forge Road and Sumneytown Pike in Upper Gwynedd, will have a new tenant in early March. Oki Sushi, a new all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant, will open in early March, according to owner Kim Jollay. Jollay, owner of Trappe's Jasmine Asian House, said the new restaurant will be a new style buffet, where diners will pay one price and can order sushi, appetizers, and more. With no buffet table, Jollay explained that everything ordered will be made fresh with the benefits of an all-you-can-eat, where diners can try new items while still paying one price.
