Montgomery Township Police need the public’s help in finding a suspect wanted for a strong armed robbery, retail theft and assault that occurred Saturday morning at Target on Knapp Road in Montgomery Township. Police said a black male in his 30s attempted to steal baby formula and assaulted a security officer when confronted about the attempted theft on March 16 at 10:08 a.m. The suspect fled in a maroon Mitsubishi Galant with an unknown registration, police said. The suspect is a black male in his 30s, 6 feet 3 inches tall, 200 pounds, with a light beard, police said. Call Montgomery Township Detectives at 215-362-2301 with any details on the incident. Towamencin Township Police are working on a joint investigation with the Pennsylvania State Police to identify a man authorities say is responsible for credit card fraud and other theft-related offenses in four Pennsylvania counties. Police said the man used cloned credit cards to purchase gift cards during the second week in January 2013. The man used the cloned cards at Walgreens stores in Flourtown, Drexel Hill and the Feasterville-Trevose area, police said. Police said the suspect also used a cloned credit card with the Philadelphia Parking Authority on M Street in Philadelphia on Jan. 10, 2013. Hatfield Township Police are searching for a man in his 30s who robbed a man at gunpoint of cash and property under a bridge in Centennial Park in Hatfield Borough Wednesday night. The suspect is described as a man in his 30s, 6 feet 1 inch to 6 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 150 to 200 pounds, wearing blue jeans, tan work boots, and a black-hooded sweatshirt, police said. A Hatfield man, who allegedly was caught by a homeowner burglarizing their home on Douglass Road in Montgomery Township on Nov. 14, heads to Montgomery County court following a preliminary hearing Monday, according to The Reporter. Justin Dipanfilo, 33, had the following charges upheld by District Judge Andrea Duffy in Montgomeryville: felony burglary, felony criminal trespass, felony criminal attempted theft, and misdemeanor charges of aggravated assault, two counts of simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, theft, receiving stolen property, two counts of criminal mischief and possessing an instrument of crime, according to court records. The suspect's vehicle is described as a gray or tan-colored, older-model Lincoln or Mercury with two-tone painted or landau-styled roof, police said. Montgomery Township Police said a Philadelphia man allegedly robbed two businesses in two days in the township, stole a luxury SUV and led them on a high-speed chase Tuesday before being arrested and incarcerated. Jason Justice, of Philadelphia, has been charged with multiple counts of burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, police said.
