OMG PD: The Bigger They Are, The Harder They Are to Taser

This week's stories include a large man who withstood multiple rounds of a Taser before being placed under arrest, a allegedly drunk delivery guy who got lost in someone's yard, and an allegedly drunken man who called the cops for a ride.

The Bigger They Are, The Harder they Are To Taser: According to a report in the Pottstown Patch, a 62-year-old man is facing charges of DUI, resisting arrest, and related offenses, in connection with a traffic stop on Feb. 2. After the 6-foot-6, 245 pound man allegedly became uncooperative during the stop, police attempted to subdue him with pepper spray, but the effects were "negligible." The man then allegedly doused an officer with an open jar of whiskey, at which point police tased the man twice, with no effect.  The man was tased a third time, which finally broke his grip on the steering wheel and allowed police to force the man out of his car and onto the ground.
