Rosenberger III as he masturbated along her tree line in a one-hour period on May 3, 2012, would be pleased to know Rosenberger admitted to his indecent exposure incident in Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas on Thursday. According to Peg Gibbons from PhillyBurbs.com, Rosenberger III, 44, of the 1600 block of North Line Street, Montgomery Township, pleaded guilty to three counts of indecent exposure. The plea was open, meaning there is no agreement on a sentence, according to the article. Sentencing was postponed by Judge Joseph Smyth pending a background report on Rosenberger III, the article stated. Rosenberger III faces three to six years in prison on the charges. …
