With Upper Gwynedd making a law allowing sexually-oriented businessses in industrial zones, it brings up thoughts of other municipalities with adult uses. Hatfield Township has two of them. Montgomery Township has one. New Britain has one. Sexually-oriented businesses, while taboo to some, are permitted by-right in certain areas of Lansdale Borough. Lansdale currently has no zoned adult uses within its boundaries. Lansdale Borough spells out the regulations and laws for such a business under Chapter 122: Zoning, Article 31 of its code.
