A Lansdale father, who masturbated in plain view of women and girls under the age of 18 on five occasions in Lansdale Borough, was sentenced to 30 days to 23 months in Montgomery County prison Wednesday. Gerald F. Boyce, 41, of the 600 block of Wissahickon Avenue, pleaded guilty to the indecent exposures charges in December for incidents that occurred between June 2011 and May 2012. Boyce heads to jail on Feb. 4, according to Peg Gibbons of The Intelligencer. Boyce, who was charged with attempted rape in Philadelphia in 2000, committed five public masturbation incidents wherein eight of the 10 victims were underage.
