Wanted Alleged Lansdale Cocaine Dealer Turns Himself In

Frank Raphiek Cristea, 36, of West Eighth Street, was wanted on an outstanding felony drug warrant, police said.

The Lansdale man wanted by Lansdale Police for alleged cocaine sales in the borough has turned himself in to police Thursday. Frank Raphiek Cristea, 36, of the 500 block of West Eighth Street, was wanted on an outstanding felony drug warrant, police said. Cristea was arraigned before District Judge Harold Borek, who set bail at $50,000 cash, police said. Cristea is currently incarcerated at Montgomery County prison.  A preliminary hearing date is pending. On April 19, Lansdale Police detectives served a warrant on Cristea's home on an unrelated assault case, police said. Cristea was not home at the time of the service. Police: Lansdale Man Sold Fake Coke to Undercover Cop

Michael Jerome Aye, 25, of East Main Street, waived two felonies and three misdemeanors to Montgomery County court Tuesday in Lansdale.

A Lansdale man who allegedly sold a fake bag of cocaine to an undercover cop for $40 in a Lansdale bar and restaurant bathroom waived two felony drug charges and four misdemeanors to Montgomery County court Tuesday morning. Michael Jerome Aye, 25, of the 400 block of East Main Street, Lansdale, aka Quadier or Q, waived the offenses in person prior to his afternoon preliminary hearing at Lansdale District Court. Aye has been free on $50,000 unsecured bail following his arraignment before District Judge Francis Bernhardt of Conshohocken. Sentencing Hearing Granted for Former Vice Principal Convicted for Improper Conduct with Two Students

Charles Hurst, 39, of Montgomery Township, was formerly the vice principal at Pennbrook Middle School. A Superior Court judge ruled Hurst could have a new sentencing hearing, resulting in a lesser prison term.

A former Pennbrook Middle School vice principal convicted of doing improper things with two male students and sentenced to 30 to 60 months in Waymart, Wayne County state prison gets a new sentencing hearing that could result in a lesser jail sentence. According to Carl Hessler Jr., Charles Daniel Hurst, 39, formerly of Somerset Court, Montgomery Township, could get a 22-and-a-half-month sentence instead, now that the Pennsylvania Superior Court ruled in favor of Hurst. The court ruled that Hurst should have been given eligibility for the Recidivism Risk Reduction Incentive program; as a non-violent offender, Hurst would be allowed to have his sentence reduced as long as he successfully completes counseling and upholds a good conduct in …

The Lansdale Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating an alleged cocaine dealer from Hatfield who police say sold the drug in the Lansdale area. A felony arrest warrant for Mark William Gross, 21, formerly of the 1000 block of Stoneham Circle, has been issued by District Judge Harold Borek, police said. Gross is also wanted by the Montgomery County Adult Probation Department for a probation violation. Gross pleaded guilty in 2011 to assaulting his then-pregnant girlfriend in Lansdale. In September 2012, Lansdale Police received information that Gross was allegedly selling controlled substances in the Lansdale region, police said. Former Missing Lansdale Man Gets 23 Months for Drug Dealing

Joseph W. Sarni, 38, of the 500 block of Walnut Street, pleaded guilty in Montgomery County Court to felony drug dealing charges from June 2012 in Lansdale.

A Lansdale man, who went missing for three months last year, is headed to Montgomery prison for three to 23 months after pleading guilty Wednesday to felony drug dealing, according to Peg Gibbons of The Intelligencer. Joseph W. Sarni, 38, of the 500 block of Walnut Street, will begin his jail term at 6 p.m. March 1, according to court records. Gibbons reported Sarni must also perform 12 hours of community service and pay $300 in fines. Sarni, who has been a DJ across the United States and attended Upper Dublin High School, sold and delivered drugs in Lansdale Borough via his bicycle, according to court records.  On two occasions, Sarni sold cocaine, Buprenorphine, Naloxone and Suboxone to a confidential informant working with Lansdale …

Michael Jerome Aye, 25, of Lansdale, is facing multiple drug-related charges after the staff of a local bar called police to report suspicious activity occurring in the bathroom.

A 25-year-old Lansdale man was arrested on Tuesday afternoon after he allegedly sold cocaine to undercover police in the bathroom of a local bar. Michael Jerome Aye is charged with felony possession with intent to distribute, felony distribution and sales of a non-controlled substance as a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to us drug paraphernalia and receipt in commerce. While missing Lansdale resident Joseph Sarni, 38, has yet to be found, Lansdale Police have issued an arrest warrant in his absence charging him with felony and misdemeanor drug possession and dealing offenses. A Lansdale resident who would have ended their one-year probation on June 21, 2012 heads to Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas on charges that he allegedly dealt cocaine in the borough. Luis Soto, 43, was busted June 8 allegedly selling cocaine from his apartment on the 800 block of West Main Street next to The Main Freeze in Lansdale. Soto faces charges of felony manufacture, delivery or possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture or deliver; misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance by an unregistered person and misdemeanor use or possession of drug paraphernalia, according to court records.
