New Location, Same Bargains

Janice Tindall, owner of West Main Consignment, is hoping that the store's new digs will bring bigger profits in 2011

While the rest of us were stuffing our faces with turkey on Thanksgiving, Janice Tindall was hanging dresses and sprucing up the handbag display at her popular Lansdale store, West Main Consignment. A practical girl at heart, she said she decided to sacrifice her holiday to take advantage of a rare day off to move the contents of the shop she’s been a part of since 1985 to its new address at 15 W. Main. “We’re excited about the new space,” she said. “It’s bigger, it’s brighter. Our customers just love it.” The store’s new location is just two blocks away from its former home at 305 W.
