A Philadelphia man who admitted to stealing aluminum forms from a Montgomery Township construction site was ultimately apprehended by a GPS device hidden in the forms. Brian Pierson, 40, of Spring Garden Street, was sentenced in Montgomery County Court to 11½ to 23 months in prison after pleading guilty to felony theft, according to The Times Herald. Pierson must also serve three years’ probation and pay $13,295 in restitution to J. M. Pereira & Sons of Langhorne, Bucks County, according to the article.
