Lower Providence Man Charged with Alleged Felony Theft of Van from Hatfield Bar

Andre Leon Wilson, 38, of Cardin Place, Lower Providence, allegedly stole a van used by Hattricks Bar in Hatfield Borough for designated driving services

A Lower Providence man is charged with allegedly stealing a van used by Hattricks Bar in Hatfield Borough for designated driving services. Andre Leon Wilson, 38, of the 4000 block of Cardin Place, has been charged with felony theft, felony receiving stolen property, misdemeanor unauthorized use of a vehicle, misdemeanor DUI and driving with a suspended or revoked license, according to court records. Wilson was arraigned Jan. 27 before District Judge Juanita Price of Glenside, who set bail at $50,000 cash, according to court records.  Wilson remains incarcerated at Montgomery County prison. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 6 at 10 a.m. before District Judge Kenneth Deatelhauser. On Jan. 27, at 1:20 a.m., Hatfield Township Police …
