Police: Woman Dropped Heroin in Court Lobby

Kristen Stephen, 29, who holds addresses in Towamencin and Upper Dublin, allegedly dropped small bags of heroin inside Lansdale district court after a hearing on prostitution charges

Kristen Stephen, 29, of the 200 block of Hickory Court, Towamencin — who is headed to trial at Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas on prostitution and drug charges in Lansdale — allegedly dropped three small bags of heroin inside the lobby of Lansdale district court in July, as she was signing paperwork related to a hearing she had that day on those prostitution and drug charges, police said. Stephen also holds an address of the 1500 block of Fort Washington Avenue, Upper Dublin.
