A Souderton man faces charges of felony rape, felony statutory sexual assault, felony sexual assault, and other sex charges following a September 13 preliminary hearing in Souderton district court, according to Bob Keeler of The Reporter. Michael Cardillo, 45, of Green Street, is charged in connection with an alleged sexual encounter with a 14-year-old girl, according to the article.
