A Philadelphia man — who is headed to county trial on assault, harassment, terroristic threats and reckless endangerment charges — allegedly stalked and followed a Hatfield Township woman through a GPS that he put on her car and has been arrested and charged with misdemeanor and summary offenses by police. Clinton Lecroft Fishley, 53, of the 4900 block of North Broad Street, is charged with five misdemeanor counts of repeated stalking causing fear and harassment, five summary counts of harassment by following in a public place, a misdemeanor simple assault charge and a misdemeanor terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, according to court records.
