Gerald Boyce, 41, of the 600 block of Wissahickon Avenue, pleaded guilty in Montgomery County Court to numerous misdemeanor indecent exposure charges where he publicly masturbated in view of young girls and women in Lansdale
A Lansdale man who publicly masturbated on purpose in view of young girls and women — and who was finally nabbed masturbating in broad daylight outside his truck in the lot of Lansdale Train Station — admitted to his crimes in Montgomery County Court Wednesday. Gerald F. Boyce Jr., 41, of the 600 block of Wissahickon Avenue, pleaded guilty to numerous counts of indecent exposure that occurred between June 2011 and May 2012 throughout Lansdale Borough, according to Carl Hessler of Pottstown Mercury. Boyce, who was charged with attempted rape in Philadelphia in 2000, committed five public masturbation incidents wherein eight of the 10 victims were underage.
