24-Hour 'Giant to Go' Gas Station Coming to Five Points
Montgomery Township Supervisors approved a conditional use application at a hearing Monday night, bringing the 10-pump gas station and convenience store to Bethlehem Pike near Five Points intersection.
A 10-pump, 24-hour gas station and 5,000-square-foot convenience store is coming to the Five Points intersection area after a conditional use approval Monday night by Montgomery Township Supervisors following a public hearing, according to Dan Sokil of The Reporter. The 2.236-acre property at 741 Bethlehem Pike is located on the northbound side of Route 309 and southbound Horsham Road, near the Five Points intersection; it formerly housed businesses such as Golf Etc., Superstarz Kidz Salon and Mattress Giant, according to a January The Reporter article. The property is between Route 309/Bethlehem Pike and Horsham Road, and between the old Montgomery Township Schoolhouse and a Hess gas station. The one-story strip mall will be demolished. …
