Alleged Hatfield Drunk Bus Thief Heads to Trial

Andre Leon Wilson, 38, of Lower Providence, was released on his own recognizance, and faces felony theft and felony receiving stolen property charges. Wilson is accused of stealing a drunk bus from Hattrick's Bar in Hatfield Borough on Jan. 27

A Lower Providence man, accused of stealing the drunk bus from Hattrick's Bar in Hatfield Borough, was released on his own recognizance following a preliminary hearing in Souderton District Court Thursday, but still faces two felony charges at county arraignment on April 10. Andre Leon Wilson, 38, of the 4000 block of Cardin Place, faces charges of felony theft, felony receiving stolen property, misdemeanor unauthorized use of a vehicle, and misdemeanor DUI, and driving with a suspended or revoked license, after police said he allegedly stole a van used by the bar for designated driving services. Lower Providence Man Charged with Alleged Felony Theft of Van from Hatfield Bar

A Lower Providence man is charged with allegedly stealing a van used by Hattricks Bar in Hatfield Borough for designated driving services. Andre Leon Wilson, 38, of the 4000 block of Cardin Place, has been charged with felony theft, felony receiving stolen property, misdemeanor unauthorized use of a vehicle, misdemeanor DUI and driving with a suspended or revoked license, according to court records. Wilson was arraigned Jan. 27 before District Judge Juanita Price of Glenside, who set bail at $50,000 cash, according to court records.  Wilson remains incarcerated at Montgomery County prison.
