Pot Dealer Sold to Undercover Cop in School Parking Lot, Police Say
Leon Erwin Nazian, 58, of the 300 block of Chelsea Road, Fairless Hills, and employee of Lansdale Meats and Deli, allegedly sold an ounce of marijuana to an undercover cop in Lansdale in the parking lot of Mater Dei Catholic School.
A Bucks County man has been arrested and charged with selling a total of three ounces of marijuana to an undercover Lansdale cop in the parking lot of Mater Dei Catholic School on three occasions. Leon Erwin Nazian, 58, of the 300 block of Chelsea Road, is also an employee at Lansdale Meats and Deli on Broad Street in Hatfield Township, police said. Nazian is charged with three felony counts of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, two felony counts of criminal use of a cell phone, three misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance, three misdemeanor counts of possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and three misdemeanor counts of receipt in commerce of a controlled substance, according to …

Apparently, Landsdale pigs don't have anything better to do than arrest a 58 yr. old man for selling a small amount of pot! Pennsylvania is pathetic!
