Montco Man Caught with his Pants Down: According to a report in the Abington Patch, a drunken 38-year-old man did not take kindly to having his personal time interrupted by police. Police allegedly caught the man masturbating in his vehicle in the parking lot of the 19th Hole Lounge. Montgomery Township Man Admits to Public Masturbation

Alvin B. Rosenberger III, 44, pleaded guilty to three counts of indecent exposure for masturbating along his neighbor's tree line in plain view of her home

The female neighbor, who was the visual victim of Alvin B. Rosenberger III as he masturbated along her tree line in a one-hour period on May 3, 2012, would be pleased to know Rosenberger admitted to his indecent exposure incident in Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas on Thursday. According to Peg Gibbons from PhillyBurbs.com, Rosenberger III, 44, of the 1600 block of North Line Street, Montgomery Township, pleaded guilty to three counts of indecent exposure. The plea was open, meaning there is no agreement on a sentence, according to the article. Sentencing was postponed by Judge Joseph Smyth pending a background report on Rosenberger III, the article stated. Rosenberger III faces three to six years in prison on the charges. …

The Reporter Online reported that a Montgomery Township man is free on $10,000 unsecured bail following a preliminary hearing Monday on charges of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct. Alvin B. Rosenberger III, 44, was arrested May 17 and charged with five counts of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct for allegedly masturbating in plain view, while staring directly at the woman’s house in the 1600 block of North Line Street, according to The Reporter. Wednesday, May 30 Update Lansdale Police on Wednesday issued a press release on the arrest of Boyce. Police said Boyce was wearing an article of clothing that matchd the description during a prior incident on June 25. A search warrant was served on Boyce’s vehicle and residence which yielded further evidence linking him to the crimes charged, police said. Teen Girls Witness Masturbating Man at SEPTA Lot

Lansdale Police said two 16-year-old girls were followed by a man in a black pickup truck to the rear lot of the SEPTA station, where he got out of the car and proceeded to masturbate in front of them. At 7:10 p.m. April 20, police responded to the area of the SEPTA train lot at 101 W. Main St. for a report of indecent exposure. The girls told police they were walking through the lot when they noticed a black pickup truck with a tan stripe, possibly a Ford, slowly following them, police said. Lansdale Police have been dealing with a serial flasher in Lansdale for the past eight months. Police said the suspect has exposed himself to a number of juvenile females. Police have been searching for the male in several indecent exposure cases since May 2011. The suspect is described as a white male in his 20s or 30s, thin build, wearing a baseball cap and, on several occasions, wearing dark sunglasses.   During one incident, the male followed the victims while driving a black, pickup truck, police said A sketch depicting the actor was created with several victims reporting it to be an accurate rendering of him, police said. Lansdale Police are searching for a man who followed two teenage girls from the 7-11 at Main Street and Cannon Avenue, drove past them, pulled into a parking lot at Fourth Street and Cannon Avenue, got out of the pickup, stood in the parking lot, and masturbated. On Sunday, Jan. 8, at 4:15 p.m., police were called to the area of W. Fourth Street and N. Cannon Avenue for a report of indecent exposure.
