Felony Charges Held in Towamencin Teen's Alleged Child Rape Case

Rasheed J. Adams-Smith, 19, of Brunswick Court, is charged with rape of a child and more for alleged incidents that occurred since 2009 in Towamencin Township and Ambler Borough, when the girl was still in Pull-Ups.

A Towamencin teen heads to Montgomery County court on numerous felony charges related to numerous alleged rapes of a girl under the age of nine, following a preliminary hearing in Lansdale District Court last week. Rasheed J. Adams-Smith, 19, of the 200 block of Brunswick Court in the Morgandale development in Towamencin, is charged with: Adams-Smith had his bail reduced from $500,000 cash to $99,000 cash bail at his preliminary hearing before District Judge Harold Borek, according to court records. Montgomery Man, 20, Admits to Child Rape in 2011

Kareem Richardson, of Cricklewood Circle, pleaded guilty in Montgomery County court to repeatedly raping an 11-year-old girl.

In Montgomery County court, a Montgomery Township man has pleaded guilty to repeatedly raping an 11-year-old girl in June 2011, according to Peg Gibbons of The Intelligencer. Kareem Richardson, 20, of the 200 block of Cricklewood Circle, pleaded guilty to felony child rape, and could get up to 20 years in prison, according to Gibbons. Richardson remains incarcerated at Montgomery County prison. He is undergoing a sexually violent predator evaluation. Read more at this link.

Lansdale Man Gets 30 Days to 23 Months for Serial Public Masturbation

A Lansdale father, who masturbated in plain view of women and girls under the age of 18 on five occasions in Lansdale Borough, was sentenced to 30 days to 23 months in Montgomery County prison Wednesday. Gerald F. Boyce, 41, of the 600 block of Wissahickon Avenue, pleaded guilty to the indecent exposures charges in December for incidents that occurred between June 2011 and May 2012. A Montgomery Township man admitted Friday to being a cocaine kingpin in a multi-county trafficking ring. According to Carl Hessler Jr. in North Penn Life, Anthony Dennis Sr., 41, of the 100 block of Thames Drive, pleaded guilty in Montgomery County court to charges of corrupt organizations, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, dealing in unlawful proceeds, criminal use of a communication facility and conspiracy. All in all, Dennis pleaded guilty to 103 drug-related counts, according to the article. Dennis, who police said owned the “Heads Up” barbershop in Wayne, Chester County, possessed, delivered and conspired with other to deliver cocaine between November 2008 and April 2011, according to the article. Towamencin Man Admits Killing 3-Month-Old Son

Jameel Earthy East, 24, of the 400 block of Lantern Lane, Towamencin, pleaded guilty Friday to third-degree murder and lying to authorities in Montgomery County court, according to Carl Hessler Jr. of the Pottstown Mercury. A Lansdale man wanted by county court on DUI offenses was found sleeping in a car in the West Ambler section of Whitpain Township. Curtis Walton, 50, of the 300 block of Broad Street, Lansdale, was found asleep in his car during an investigation Dec. 23 at 2:16 a.m. by Whitpain Township Police for a report of subjects looking into cars, police said. During a check, it was discovered that Walton had an active Montgomery County bench warrant. He was taken into custody and released to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Department, police said. According to court records, a warrant was issued by the county court against Walton on Dec. 21. He is facing DUI and careless driving offenses in Lansdale Borough. Whitt faces 12 misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance charges and four misdemeanor charges of use or possession of drug paraphernalia at a September 26 arraignment at Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, according to court records.
