Pennsylvania State Senator Bob Mensch, R-24, toured Stein Seal in Towamencin Tuesday morning, and then had lunch in the new North Montco Technical Career Center restaurant before touring that educational facility Tuesday afternoon. Mensch was at both institutions to learn more about the increased need for technical, industrial and machining jobs in the private sector over the next 10 years. Stein Seal, founded in 1955, manufactures and tests seals and precision components for the military and commercial aircraft industry, pumps, compressors, generators and the commercial marine industry, according to its website.
