Maidens (7-7) inch closer to the Suburban One Districts.
North Penn Maidens softball team (7-7) inched closer to the districts Monday in an 11-5 win over Pennridge (8-4) at the Suburban One Continental Conference, according to Montgomery News. North Penn graduates: When's the last time you walked around the outside of North Penn High School? In the zone of grass between the bus driveway and main driveway, off the courtyard and cafeteria, is a memorial garden dedicated to fallen North Penn classmates and staff. There, you can walk with those friends. Each fallen comrade's name, birth year and death year are engraved on bricks on the pathway of the garden. To date, there are more than 80 bricks of various students and teachers who suffered fates due to accidents, illness, drugs or other means. Inside Indian Valley Middle School in Lower Salford Township Saturday, a young man was seriously injured with a broken arm. Another you male had hypothermia, and, unfortunately, succumbed to his injuries. At least two other teens were treated for wounds and injuries, and were transported to safety via a stretcher made out of wooden rods and blankets. While the injuries were fake, the scenarios were real at the annual Boy Scouts of America General Nash District First Aid Meet.
