Alleged Lansdale School Zone Pot Dealer Heads to Trial

Robert Dewayne Weyant, 19, is charged with selling marijuana to two individuals over a two-month investigation at his home near Penndale Middle School. Weyant also had a charge withdrawn in a separate drug case in Lansdale.

Lansdale teenager Robert Dewayne Weyant heads to Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas for trial on numerous drug felonies for allegedly selling marijuana in a school zone at his Woodland Drive home. Weyant, 19, waived all charges from a March 15 arrest to a May 22 county arraignment on Tuesday afternoon. Weyant is charged with three felony counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, three misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance, three misdemeanor counts of use and possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, according to court records. Lansdale Teen Charged in Alleged Sale of Pot Near Penndale Middle School

Robert DeWayne Weyant, 19, of Woodland Drive, was allegedly seen selling marijuana under surveillance. A search warrant of his home seized one ounce of marijuana and a digital scale.

Lansdale Police have arrested and charged a Lansdale teenager with drug felonies for allegedly selling marijuana at his Woodland Drive home, located across from Penndale Middle School. Robert DeWayne Weyant, 19, is charged with three felony counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, three misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance, three misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, two misdemeanor counts of receipt in commerce and three misdemeanor counts of possession of marijuana, police said. Charges Held, Bail Reduced for Montgomery Man Accused of Pot Dealing

A Montgomery Township man, who allegedly sold marijuana on three occasions over two months to an undercover detective in the Lansdale Police Street Crimes Unit, had  all charges held for county arraignment in April at a Tuesday morning preliminary hearing in Lansdale. Shyeed Shaqu Tournkara, aka P-Nut, 20, of the 200 block of Cricklewood Circle, got his bail reduced at the hearing from $50,000 cash to 10 percent of $10,000, according to Montgomery County Assistant District Attorney Nick Reifsnyder. "He could pay $1,000 to get out of jail," said Reifsnyder. "Sentencing for this is anywhere from probation to one month in prison. Pot Dealer Sold to Undercover Cop in School Parking Lot, Police Say

Leon Erwin Nazian, 58, of the 300 block of Chelsea Road, Fairless Hills, and employee of Lansdale Meats and Deli, allegedly sold an ounce of marijuana to an undercover cop in Lansdale in the parking lot of Mater Dei Catholic School.

A Bucks County man has been arrested and charged with selling a total of three ounces of marijuana to an undercover Lansdale cop in the parking lot of Mater Dei Catholic School on three occasions. Leon Erwin Nazian, 58, of the 300 block of Chelsea Road, is also an employee at Lansdale Meats and Deli on Broad Street in Hatfield Township, police said. Lansdale Police have arrested a charged a Montgomery Township man on alleged marijuana dealing charges after a third controlled buy in the borough. Shyeed Shaqu Tournkara, 20, of the 200 block of Cricklewood Circle, was arrested Feb. 1 and charged after a two-month investigation by investigators. Tournkara faces the following offenses: Tournkara remains incarcerated at Montgomery County prison, after failing to post $50,000 cash bail set by District Judge Thomas Palladino of Pottstown at arraignment, police said. Alleged Pot Dealer Arrested in Lansdale

A Lansdale resident, who was initially under investigation by Souderton Police for alleged marijuana sales in Souderton, was arrested and charged Dec. 7 by Lansdale Police for allegedly dealing marijuana from her Penn Street residence. Jennifer Victoria Crawford, 22, of the 100 block of Penn Street, is charged with felony manufacture, delivery or possession of marijuana with intent to manufacture or deliver; misdemeanor posession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, according to court records. Crawford was arraigned Dec. 7 before District Judge Harold Borek and remanded to Montgomery County prison in lieu of $10,000 cash bail, according to court records. Three Arrested on Heroin, Pot Charges at Holiday Inn

Towamencin Police found one arrestee allegedly concealing himself in a car in a secluded area of the parking lot, which led them to a room at the hotel where two other arrestees were found. A search of a second car revealed 405 bags of suspected heroin

Two men and one woman were arrested by Towamencin Township Police August 18 and charged with various drug law violations following investigations into incidents at Holiday Inn on Sumneytown Pike on August 17. Charged were: At 4:10 p.m. August 17, Towamencin Police were on patrol in a marked patrol vehicle at Holiday Inn, 1750 Sumneytown Pike, and saw a vehicle parked in a secluded area of the property, police said. An 18-year-old man from Wedgewood Drive and a 17-year-old juvenile have been charged with felony drug violations after allegedly selling pot to a plainclothes Lansdale Borough officer on June 5 at Wedgewood Park. Richard James Sholly, of the 800 block of Wedgewood Drive is charged with the following crimes: The 17-year-old boy was charged with: Sholly was arraigned by District Judge Harold Borek, who set bail at 10 percent of $5,000 cash. Sholly posted bail, police said. Sholly is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on August 23 at 1 p.m. before Borek.
