Illegal immigrant Elias Castro-Martinez, 38, of Honduras, is headed to trial on aggravated assault, terroristic threats and identify theft charges in Hatfield Township, following a Tuesday preliminary hearing at Souderton district court. According to PhillyBurbs.com, the suspect was using a false name and Social Security Card belonging to a woman from another state. According to the article, Castro-Martinez allegedly assaulted Orlando Alvarado Castro in their Penn Street apartment on Nov. 17. When Castro refused to go to the bar with Castro-Martinez at 5:30 p.m., Castro-Martinez allegedly punched him in the head, according to police.
