Lansdale’s Ryan Patrick Markle, 24, just scored the biggest bogey of them all at Twin Ponds Golf Course. On Tuesday, the resident of the 600 block of South Valley Forge Road admitted to stealing more than $13,000 from the Douglass, Montgomery County golf course in after-hours thefts, while employed there in 2011, according to a Pottstown Mercury article. He was sentenced to one to three months at the Montgomery County prison, according to the article. Upon release, he was three years’ probation. Marklet gets credit for time served.
