Ward One Lansdale Council Vacancy Letters Due Monday

Effective Monday, Lansdale Borough Council Vice President Paul Clemente resigns from council. Letters of interest from Ward One citizens wishing to fill the vacancy are due by close of business Monday

Effective Monday, Lansdale Borough Council has a vacancy — and letters of interest are due to borough hall by close of business. Council Vice President Paul Clemente this month submitted a letter of resignation, effective Monday. Per announcement of Council President Matt West, the borough will receive letters of interest from Ward One residents interested in filling the council vacancy.  Interested residents must outline what his or her vision is for Lansdale, and how his or her involvement will help achieve that vision. Residents of Ward One must have lived at their current address for one year or more in order to be eligible for council, West said.
