Since I am part of the Occupy movement, I am in disagreement of the March 8th decision to dismiss the first amendment. A Mother of Three Grown Women and a Grandmother of ten, I am concerned for our countries policies and I support freedom as promised in the first amendment. It is so confusing why helping the next generation, our children, from losing everything is considered against the law. Occupiers are getting arrested. Non Occupiers can help behind the lines. Famous people are also getting arrested trying to help. I am scared about our future.  

The First Amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution is part of the Bill of Rights. The amendment  Hr347 prohibits abridging the freedom of speech, when secret service is around interfering with the right to peaceably assemble or prohibiting the petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances.
