Republicans Dan Dunigan, upper left, and Mike Sobel, upper right, were ousted from the Lansdale Borough Council seats during the Tuesday Primary. Tom Work, bottom left, beat out Sobel, and Walter Brown III, bottom center, and Peter Schmitt, won the Republican ticket in Ward Three.

Incumbents Sobel, Dunigan Ousted in GOP Primary

It was an upset for the Republican incumbents Sobel in Ward Two and and Dunigan in Ward Three in the Lansdale Borough Council Primary. Tom Work beat out Sobel, and Peter Schmitt and Walter Brown III were able to clinch the nominations for the two seats.
