Towamencin Woman Charged With Homicide by Vehicle in Hatfield Hit-and-Run Death

Sarah Ann Derstein, 31, had a BAC of .167 when she allegedly hit Dennis Kee, 15, of Hatfield, April 26. Police said Derstein was reading a text message at the time of the accident.
