Cops: Man Steals from ShopRite in Hatfield, Drags Employee with Car

An arrest warrant has been issued for Garrett Thomas Libby, 23, of Quakertown, for allegedly robbing the Hatfield Township store May 20 and then dragging an employee with his SUV as he fled the lot, police said.
