Food preservation is the science of preserving food by canning, fermentation, drying, salting.  Preserving food is enjoying a resurgence thanks in part to the good food revolution. People want to eat locally grown foods longer and preserving makes that possible. This DVD series will help you learn how preserving food will save you time and money, find out exactly what is in your food, and have some fun!  Beth Miller from Penn State Cooperative Extension will be at the final session on December 16 to answer your questions.
