North Penn Boys & Girls Club Junior Staff

North Penn Valley Boys and Girls Club's Junior Staff Career Development program, for members ages 14-18, assists in exploring  a career in youth or human services, particularly Boys and Girls Club work.

Through hands-on experiences with helping others in the club and in the community, field trips to other service organizations and guidance from club staff, youth prepare for a future as a professional volunteer leader.
