Green Grass
Today I am grateful for green grass. Yes, through the torrential-monsoon-Ark-like-deluge yesterday I noticed that there is actual green grass on the berm behind our place. Green. Grass. That stuff that grows in spring. Remember? Praise God! Really.
I’m sick of the cold. I’m sick of the snow. I’m sick of the wind. I’m sick of the rain. I’m sick of thinking about the lousy weather. I’m sick to death of everyone commenting on and complaining about the weather, especially ME. It’s been a “topic” for so long that I wonder if we’ve all gone a bit mad. Yes. I have. Hey, it’s only annoying. It’s not an earthquake. It’s a little depressing, but not as depressing as a tornado.

So today I’m going to shut-up about all of my local weather nonsense. I’m going to be grateful for three-square-feet of green grass. If you set your bar low enough. . .you always have a great day!
