Lynn M. Schmidt, 62, Geriatric Caregiver

Lynn M. Schmidt, 62, of Perkasie, died Saturday, March 23, 2013 at her residence. She was the wife of Frederick Schmidt.
Born April 22, 1950 in Warminster, she was a daughter of the late Herbert and Elizabeth (Mendler) Cone.
Mrs. Schmidt was employed as a Geriatric Caregiver throughout her career. She will be remembered for her unfailing dedication to her family.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Rhonda L. Birchill and her husband, William Carmen, of Quakertown, Cynthia A. Brindisi and her husband, Matthew, of Pennsburg, Christian P. Schmidt of Perkasie, Amanda L. Schmidt of Perkasie, and Melissa E. Schmidt of Perkasie; step-daughter, Jen Bardowski and her husband, Robert, of Delaware; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Carmen Birchill; grandson, Brandon D. Birchill; and sister, Joyce Harris.
Relatives and friends may call after 10 a.m. Thursday, March 28, 2013 at Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Ave., Lansdale, followed by the Funeral Service at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Souderton.
