Molly's Busted for Underage Sale

The Lansdale restaurant and bar was cited by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board for selling or giving alcohol to a minor

in Lansdale was cited by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board for selling alcohol to a minor in Feburary, according to an article in The Reporter.

Pennsylvania State Police's Bureau of Alcohol Enforcement said Molly Maguire's sold or permitted the sale of alcohol to a 19-year-old on Feb. 9, according to the article.

The state liquor law requires the offense be brought before an Administrative Law Judge, who can impose penalties up to $1,000 for minor offenses and up to $5,000 for more serious offenses.

The judge can revoke or suspend a liquor license or mandate training on liquor law requirements, according to the law.
