3. The Restaurant at North Montco Technical Career Center offers a special Valentine’s Day lunch today from 12:45 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. Cost is $40 per couple. The menu includes assorted sweetheart amuse bouche (individual canapés and hors d’ouevres for two), center-cut Chateau Briand, cold water lobster a la francaise, and a molten chocolate lava torte.
