Police: Lansdale Girl Cited for Underage Drinking in Ambler

A Lansdale resident also found items stolen from her car in Ambler

Here are two police items affecting Lansdale residents that occurred in Ambler:

On July 9, at 8:51 p.m., a 15-year-old Lansdale girl was cited for underage drinking, police said.

The girl was seen at South Chestnut Street and Wissahickon Avenue and was highly intoxicated, police said. She was being assisted by a male subject, police said.

The girls' BAC level was .20 percent, police said. Due to her BAC and age, an ambulance was requested and she was transported to Lansdale Hospital, police said.

Her mother was contacted and responded to the hospital for her daughter, police said.

On July 4, a Lansdale resident reported to police that his unlocked vehicle was entered overnight while parked in the 100 block of Hendricks Street, police said.

Items taken include Revo sunglasses, valued at $240; a North Face jacket, valued at $200 and iPod headphones, valued at $20, police said.
