Domino's Owner: 'I Acted Appropriately and Within the Law' in Firing Deaf Teen

Brian Rozinski told The Reporter that, once all facts are presented, people will see he was right for firing Kyle Riess, 17, of Hatfield for his disability.

Brian Rozinski, the owner of the Lansdale Domino's since 1992--who came under fire recently for allegedly firing a deaf Hatfield teen--told The Reporter that, while there is pending litigation involving Kyle Riess, 17, in the end, people will see he "acted appropriately" and "within the law" in firing Riess.
Rozinski told The Reporter he could not comment further on the issue. In talking to Riess' mother, Barrie, she told The Reporter that there is no such pending litigation against Domino's.
