Univest Bank and Trust Co. now totals $3 billion in assets under management with the completion of its acquisition of Girard Partners, Ltd., reports MarketWatch.com.
Univest Bank and Trust is a subsidiary of Univest Corp. of Pennsylvania.
Girard Partners is an investment advisory firm that had $500 million in assets under management, per the report.
Girard will continue to operate out of King of Prussia, Richmond, VA, and Ft. Myers, FL.
