North Wales Mayor Loses by Six Votes, Tax Collector Retains

Republican Gregory D'Angelo bested incumbent Mayor Doug Ross Tuesday.

Longtime Democratic North Wales Borough Mayor Doug Ross unofficially lost his re-election bid Tuesday to Republican Gregory D'Angelo by a six-vote margin, per Montgomery County election results.
D'Angelo received 365 votes to Ross' 359 votes, per unofficial results.
Meanwhile, incumbent Democratic tax collector Diane Skudlarek retains her position, as she was unofficially victorious Tuesday over Republican Nancy McDonald. 
Skudlarek unofficially received 455 votes to McDonald's 269 votes.
