Doylestown Man Brandishes Gun, Threatens to Kill Driver in Road Rage Incident: Hilltown Police

A Doylestown man who allegedly pointed a gun at another driver and threatened to kill them in a road rage incident in Hilltown Township was arrested and charged with assault, reckless endangerment, harassment and disorderly conduct, police said.
On Oct. 30 at 2:40 p.m., police were dispatched to Routes 113 southbound and 309 for a reported road rage where Neville H. Kotwal, 50, of the 200 block of Willow Wood Drive, allegedly pointed a gun and threatened to kill another driver, police said.
Kotwal's vehicle was stopped on Route 309 near Walnut Street in Hatfield Township, and Kotwal was removed from the car, police said.
The gun, which was specifically described by the victim, was found in the car, police said.
