Hatfield Residents Cited for Pot Possession
Whitpain Township Police charged four with disorderly conduct
Four adult residents, including two women from Hatfield Township, were cited April 30 for marijuana possession, police said.
The following four people were cited for disorderly conduct during a suspicious vehicle traffic stop on Valley Road near Skippack Pike at 1:24 a.m. and subsequently released:
- Betty Truong, 20, of the 1000 block of Orvilla Road, Hatfield (driver)
- Alexander Moquin, 21, of the 300 block of Main Street, Harleysville, Lower Salford
- Sierra Manning, 26, of the 1100 block of Independence Way, Hatfield
- Brandon Morris, 23, of the 900 block of Valley Road, Blue Bell, Whitpain
Police said the officer immediately smelled marijunan when he approached the car.

During the stop, the officer recovered several baggies of marijuana and paraphernalia, police said.
