“Our stance is that Mr. Cionzynski committed a felony crime and should be prosecuted in this jurisdiction as quickly as possible. However, in Pennsylvania he (was) able to bond out of jail. This investigation is open and ongoing. It is our goal to bring him back to Orange County to face charges.”
