Man Sexually Assaults Woman at Chinese Restaurant

Andrew Graham, 25, allegedly grabbed the buttocks of an 18-year-old, and attempted to put his hand down her pants and up her shirt.

A Lansdale man allegedly sexually assaulted an 18-year-old woman at Golden Chopsticks Restaurant Tuesday afternoon.

Andrew Graham, 25, of the 300 block of Lansdale Avenue, was charged with indecent assault without consent, indecent assault by force, two counts of simple assault, unlawful restraint and harassment, police said.

Graham was arraigned before District Judge Patricia Zafferano, and bail was set at $25,000 cash. Graham was transported to Montgomery County Correctional Facility after failing to post bail, police said.

At 12:04 p.m. Aug. 2, police responded to the restaurant on the 600 block of East Main Street in the shopping center nex to North Penn YMCA.

The victim told police that she was waiting in line, and Graham allegedly touched her buttocks twice, police said.

Graham allegedly tried to put his hands down her pants and up her shirt while she was in line waiting for food, police said.

The victim repeatedly told Graham to stop and not touch her, but he continued, police said.

The victim got her food and ran to the YMCA to call police.

Graham was picked up at the Golden Chopsticks Restaurant and taken into custody after being identified by the victim, police said.
