Montgomery Twp. Man, 21, Gets 20 Years For Raping Girl, 11

A Montgomery Township man, who admitted to raping an 11-year-old girl when he was 18 in 2011, was sentenced Monday to 10 to 20 years in state prison for his crime, according to The Reporter.
Kareem Richardson, 21, of Cricklewood Circle, pleaded guilty to a felony count of rape of a child, according to court records. Charges of statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault were dismissed with the plea.
Richardson will now be a registered sex offender under Pennsylvania Megan's Law, having to register his address with the state for the next 25 years, per the report.
A guardian of the victim reported the rape to police, after Richardson admitted to the guardian that he did it, per the report.
