Parking Restrictions for 'Under the Lights Car Show'

The Fairmount Fire Company "Under the Lights Car Show" will kick off at 7 p.m., but parking restrictions go into effect at 1 p.m. until midnight.

Vehicles remaining in these areas will be towed at the owners expense.

Parking will be PROHIBITED in the following areas:

• West Main Street, from Broad Street to Valley Forge Road
• Walnut Street, from Main Street to Second Street
• Railroad Avenue
• Green Street, from Main Street to Vine Street
• Wood Street, from Courtland Stree to Mill Alley
• Richardson Avenue, from Derstine Avenue to Mill Alley
• Towamencin Avenue, from Derstine Avenue to Mill Alley
• Cannon Avenue, from Derstine Avenue to Mill Alley
• Mitchell Avenue, from Derstine Avenue to Mill Alley

Parking is also prohibited on public lots at Main and Susquehanna, Walnut Street and the Madison Lot.

Be sure to MOVE YOUR CAR to an open side street or to the public lot at Derstine and Susquehanna avenues!
