Police said man stole $15K from TD Bank account in September

are searching for a man who allegedly stole $15,000 from a TD Bank account on Sept. 14.

Police said a black male utilized a fraudulent driver's license to obtain the funds from bank branches in Boothwyn and Chester, police said.
