Towamencin Man Charged in Alleged Assault on Erie Drive

Joseph Ryan Renshaw-O'Leary, 22, of Erie Drive, was arraigned on assault and harassment charges and released on $2,500 bail.

A resident of Erie Drive in Lansdale was arraigned by District Judge Robert Sobeck in Blue Bell on assault charges and released on $2,500 unsecured bail Sept. 1, police said.
Joseph Ryan Renshaw-O'Leary, 22, of the 300 block of Erie Drive, allegedly beat up another man his home, police said.
At 5:22 p.m. Sept. 1, Towamencin Township Police responded to an alleged domestic disturbance on Erie Drive, where officers were informed that two men had been in an argument, police said. The argument turned into a fight, with the alleged victim suffering a head injury, police said.
No emergency medical treatment was requested or required at the scene, police said.
Renshaw-O'Leary was taken into custody and charged with simple assault and harassment, police said.
