Towamencin Man Who Allegedly Threatened Forge Gate Neighbor Heads to County Court

Sean Solomon, 23, of Forge Gate Apartments on Snyder Road, allegedly threatened another resident by telling a friend to grab a gun and later showed up at the alleged victim's sliding glass doors of his patio.

Sean Michael Solomon, 23, of the 1100 block of Snyder Road, allegedly told a friend to "get my gun" during an altercation at Forge Gate Apartments Dec. 20, and now the original charge for that alleged threat has been dropped after a waiver of a preliminary hearing last week.
A misdemeanor charge of terroristic threats was dropped in the waiver deal, reports The Reporter Online. Solomon still faces charges of misdemeanor harassment and summary harassment in the alleged incident.
Solomon is free on $10,000 bond.
At 2:16 a.m. Dec. 20, police were dispatched to a report of an armed subject at the "A" Building at Forge Gate Apartments, police said.
The alleged victim told police that his neighbor, identified as Solomon,  threatened him with a gun, police said.
Police said the alleged victim was outside the building and had heard yelling and a girl crying. The man made contact with the crying woman and stayed with her outside until someone picked her up, police said.
Then, shortly after the woman left, a red Honda Civic arrived on location and parked near the "K" Building at Forge Gate, police said.
Three persons exited the car, including Solomon,  began walking toward the "A" Building, police said, and entered the building near the front entrance where the alleged victim was standing.
Solomon allegedly began arguing with the alleged victim, and was yelling for the woman that had previously left the scene, police said. Solomon also accused the alleged victim of being involved in the situation, police said.
The argument continued, and then Solomon allegedly yelled at one of the other subjects to "get his gun," police said.
Police said Solomon owns a 9mm handgun, per state records.
All three subjects then went to the upper floors of Building A, police said. The alleged victim told police he recognized Soloman as a resident, but did not know which apartment he lived in at Forge Gate.
The alleged victim went inside his apartment, and suddenly heard someone pounding on the sliding door of his rear patio, police said.
The police were called and the alleged victim saw Solomon at his sliding door, police said.
The man told Solomon that the police had been called and the alleged victim was armed for his protection, police said.
After the alleged victim repeated this to Soloman a few more times, Solomon then retreated back to the upper floors, police said.
Police arrived on scene and conducted an investigation to determine Solomon's apartment. As officers were locating Solomon, they heard voices in an another apartment in Building A, police said. Police made contact, but no one answered the door, police said.
With assistance from management, Solomon was located in the apartment and taken into custody, police said.
A 9mm handgun was retrieved from the apartment, police said.
Solomon has an active case at the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas ARD Court for two DUI charges from a July 2013 arrest in Montgomery Township, according to court records
