Lansdale Website Redesign Moving Along
Civic Plus will be revamping www.lansdale.org with the help of a Lansdale Communication Commission steering committee.
The Lansdale Communication Commission continues progress in revamping and revitalizing www.lansdale.org.
CivicPlus has completed its interviews with borough administration and officials regarding the necessities for the new website.
Borough Communications Director Tracy Flynn reported Monday at the Communication Commission meeting that a steering committee has seen two layout examples for the new website and are in the process of fine tuning a final look.
"It shows the (borough brand) colors and the feeling of it," Flynn said.
The next step, she said, is to migrate all content from the current site to the newer one.
"Everything will be there, but it will be much easier to access information," she said.
Communication Commission Chairman Denton Burnell clarified that the layout examples are just that.
"The layout is just a structural layout of the page," he said. "It's not a final product. We are some time away from that."
