Meehan Ahead in Congressional District 7 Race (Ongoing)
Incumbent Patrick Meehan leads challenger George Badey
With 12 of 73 precincts reporting, Republican Patrick Meehan is ahead of challenger George Badey in the 7th Congressional District race, according to unofficial Montgomery County results.
Meehan is tallying 5,765 votes to Badey's 5,001.
In the North Penn area, the 7th Congressional District covers Towamencin Township (all wards), and Upper Gwynedd Township Wards 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7.
