North Penn Gets B+ in Performance By Department of Education

The School Performance Profile report card scored each public school on its standardized test results, growth, attendance and graduation rates.

It's a B+ average for North Penn School District (A- if you round up).
The Pennsylvania Department of Education's new School Performance Profile report card shows a score (out of 100) for each of the state's public schools. The score is based on standardized test results, academic growth, attendance and graduation rates, among others.
The lowest score was 80 for A.M. Kulp and the highest was 97.1 for Pennbrook Middle School. The average for all 17 schools was 89.976.
Superintendent Dr. Curt Dietrich lauded the report at the school board meeting Tuesday.
Dietrich believes the schools need to continue to improve and follow goals and action plans. He said students are doing "a tremendous job," per The Reporter.
